Diagnostic calls are calls for service for one unit. We will generate a quote for servicing your unit and if accepted, the service call is waived.
Urgent service calls can be utilized when service is required immediately. A technician will service your unit within 24 hours.
Scheduled maintenance is available in biannual and yearly intervals. You will be notified when your equipment is due for maintenance. Discounts are applied on multiple equipment and consecutive scheduled maintenance.
Equipment relocation is available according to unit weight and distance traversed.
After hours services are available during night and off hours for a predetermined fee.
Equipment recycling is available according to unit weight and process.
Payment
Credit cards and checks are accepted as payment.
You will receive a digital receipt upon payment.
Warranty
We offer a 6 month warranty on the completed service. If your equipment fails due to a factory defective part or improper install, we will redo the service free of charge.
Fees
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged a service recovery fee to cover the diagnostic.
A logistics fee of $3 per mile is charged per trip with distances greater than 30 miles from central Houston.
